Before substantive work begins, we check for conflicts and set out the scope and fee terms in a written engagement letter.
The Work
Research, drafting, negotiation, or defense, grounded in the specifics of your situation. Every recommendation comes with the reasoning behind it.
Resolution
A signed agreement, a completed investigation, a resolved dispute. We see the matter through to the end of the engagement.
